1、结直肠癌术前术后中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值的变化及意义［摘要］目的探讨结直肠癌患者术前、术后外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值（neutrophiltolymphocyteratio,NLR）的变化及意义。方法冋顾性分析医科大学总医院行手术治疗的178例结直肠癌患者的临床及病理资料。根据术前NLR将全部病例分为低NLR组（NLR<2）和高NLR组（NLR22）,比较两组间的临床病理参数，分析术前NLR与患者临床病理特征的关系；将患者术后一个月后的NLR与术前NLR进行对比，分析其变化及意义。结果术前低NLR组和高NLR组患者在年龄
2、、肿瘤形态、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及TNM分期方面比较，差异均具有统计学意义（PV0.05）；在性别、肿瘤部位及肿瘤组织学方面比较，差异无统计学意义（Q>0・05）o结直肠癌患者手术切除肿瘤后NLR值较术前NLR值显著降低（PV0.05），其中：女性、低分化腺癌、粘液腺癌+印戒细胞癌、I期、T1〜T3的患者术后NI.R与术前NI.R之间无显著差异（只>0.05）；男性、任何年龄、任意部位肿瘤、所有肿瘤形态、高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、II-IV期、T4、N0〜N2、M0〜Ml的患者术后NLR与术前NLR之间有显著差异（P
