1、XXXXX有限公司培训协议Agreementontraining甲方：XXXX有限公司乙方：PartyA:PartyB:地址：XXXXXX姓名：性别：Address:Name:Gender电话：身份证号码：Telephone:NumberofIDcard:地址：Address:基于乙方愿意接受甲方资助参加专业培训，甲乙双方就培训后乙方履行相应服务期事宜，经协商一致达成如下协议：BasedonthefactthatPartyBintendstoacceptthefundsgrantedbyPartyAtoattendtheprofessionaltrain

2、ing,thepartiesherebyreachestheagreementsasfollowsonPartyB’sobligationsrelatedtoposttrainingserviceperiod.1.甲方同意出资安排乙方赴上海参加EOL编程软件培训--Labview视觉培训，培训期限预计自2014年3月24日至2014年3月30日，具体时间以乙方根据培训计划安排到达培训地之日起至完成培训任务离开培训地止。乙方完全理解并同意，甲方可以适当延长或缩短培训期限，但应及时告知乙方。----------------------------------

5、receivingtraining.PartyBfullyunderstandsandagreesthatPartyAshallhavetherightstoproperlyextendorshortenthetrainingperiodsubjecttotheconditionthatPartyAshallinformPartyBofthesameintentioninatimelymanner.2.乙方同意按照本协议附件《2014年年度培训计划》，完成培训内容并达到培训目标。2.PartyBagreestocompletealloftheconten
