3、cationofpersonnelperformingnondestructiveexaminationfortheboilerandpressurevesselcomponentsconformingtotheASMEBoiler&PressureVesselCodeSectionI,VIIIDiv.1,andASMEB31.1.1.2ThisWrittenPracticehasbeendevelopedbaseduponSNT-TC-1A,(2006Edition),andsatisfiestherequirementsoftheASMEBoiler&Pres

4、sureVesselCodeSectionI,VIII,Div.1,andASMEB31.1.1.3QualificationandcertificationofnondestructiveexaminationpersonnelinaccordancewiththisWrittenPracticeshallbeapplicabletoeachofthefollowingmethods:a)RadiographicExamination(RT)b)MagneticParticleExamination(MT)c)LiquidPenetrantExamination

5、(PT)2.RESPONSIBILITYANDLEVELSOFQUALIFICATION2.1TheEngineeringandQualityDept.ManagerisresponsibleforadministrationofthisWrittenPractice.TheNDELevelIIIshallberesponsibleforpreparinganadequateNDEtrainingprogram,whichshallbeapprovedbytheresponsibleNDEEngineer(LevelIII).2.2Thelevelsofquali

6、ficationaredividedintothreelevels(LevelI,II,andIII)foreachNDEmethodasspecifiedinpara.1.3.2.3TheresponsibilitiesofthreelevelsofNDEPersonnelareasfollows.2.3.1NDELevelIAnNDELevelIpersonnelshallbequalifiedtoproperlyperformspecificcalibrations,specificexaminationsandspecificevaluationsfora

7、cceptanceorrejectiondeterminationsaccordingtowritteninstructionsandtorecordexaminationresults.TheNDElevelIshallreceivethenecessaryinstructionorsupervisionfromacertifiedNDELevelIIorLevelIIIPersonnel.2.3.2NDELevelIIAnNDELevelIIpersonnelshallbequalifiedtosetupandcalibrateequipmentandtoin
