4、v.1.1.2ThiswrittenpracticehasbeendevelopedbaseduponSNT-TC-1A(2006Edition)satisfyingtherequirementoftheASMEB&PVCodeSectionⅧDiv.1.1.3Qualificationandcertificationofnondestructiveexaminationpersonnelinaccordancewiththiswrittenpracticeshallbeapplicabletoeachofthefollowingmethods:1.3.1RadiographicEx

5、amination(RT).1.3.2MagneticParticleExamination(MT).1.3.3LiquidPenetrantExamination(PT).1.ResponsibilityandLevelsofQualification2.1TheNDELevelIIshallpreparethiswrittenpracticeanddevelopanadequateNDEtrainingprogram,whichareapprovedbytheChiefEngineer.2.2Thelevelsofqualificationaredividedintothreel

6、evels(LevelⅠ，ⅡandⅢ)foreachNDEmethodasspecifiedinPara1.3.2.3Theresponsibilitiesofthreelevelsofcertificationsareasfollows.2.3.1NDELevelⅠAnNDELevelⅠindividualshallbequalifiedtoproperlyperformspecificcalibrations,specificNDEandspecificevaluationsforacceptanceorrejectiondeterminationsaccordingtowrit
