2、51例急性肠套叠和64例急性阑尾炎，符合率分别为98.69%(151/153)和95.52%(64/67)，漏诊率分别为1.31%(2/153)和4.48%(3/67)，实时床旁超声检查总符合率为97.73%(215/220)。实时床旁超声对急性肠套叠和急性阑尾炎的诊断符合率均高于CT检查，差22异有统计学意义(x=5.36，x=5.21，P＜0.05)。结论：实时床旁超声技术能够在患儿急腹症诊断中给出准确、有效的诊断信息，为临床诊疗提供影像依据。[关键词]实时床旁超声；儿童；急腹症；应用价值；CTDOI:10.3969/J.ISSN.1672-8270.2017.04.02
