2、果3组2月末痰培养阴转率分别为91.7%,77.1%,82.9%,5月末痰培养阴转率分别为100.0%,91.4%,85.7%,6月末痰培养阴转率分别为100.0%,94.3%,88.6%,3组间痰菌阴转率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组6月末病灶明显吸收率分别为80.6%,54.3%,45.7%,A组明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。3组6月空洞闭合率分别为95.0%,75.0%,62.5%,A组高于C组(P<0.05),但与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.077)。结论4HRZEL/2HR治疗方案可提高初治涂阳肺结核
