5、eefficiencyisapprox.80%ofthehydrocarboninputmaterial.TheKDVTechnologyInthemainsectionoftheplantthebasicmaterialwillbemixedwiththecatalyticconverter(inpowderform).Attemperaturesbetween290°Cand350°Cthehydrocarbonmoleculeswillbesplit,thedieselsteamcanbedistill
6、atedinthenextsectionoftheplant.H2ODieselfuelBasicmaterialTheprincipleCatalyticconverterandoilcarrierispumpedintothedistillationcircle.Usingaclosedcirculationtheaddedbasicmaterialswillbemixedwiththecatalyticconverter.Thecatalyticconvertersplitsthemolecularch
7、ains;dieselfuel(steam)willbereleased.Dieselfuelconvertsintoagaseousstate.Thesteamwillbecooleddown,wateranddieselfuelwillbeproduced.ThecomponentsofaKDVplantare:Firstsection(transport,shredder,dehydrator)Mainsection(Reactor,rawmaterialfeedingunit,catalyticpow
