6、omasspotentialisgainingmoreincreasingimportance.Thisissupposedbythe“EUBiomassActionPlan”suggestedbytheEUCommissionattheendof<2005andtheEUstrategyforbiofuelsfromJanuary<2006.InJanuary<2007theEU-Commissionpublishedthe“RenwableEnergyRoadMap”withtheproposalsforthenewtarg
