3、wthesystemworksandhowtoissueandreclaimequipmentfromtheBeachBureandActivitiesDesk.InventoryTheinventoryissimplyalistorrecordofallequipmentthedepartmenthasatitsdisposal.Itservesthepurposeofensuringthattheequipmentisaccountedforandthatifanyequipmentgoesmissing,weareawareofit.TheControlSystemTwo“Equipme

4、ntissue”bookswillbeopened.OneforusebehindtheActivitiesDeskandoneforusebehindtheBeachBure.NoChargewillbemadeforissueoftheequipment,butitshouldbereturnedby5p.m.totheplaceofissue.EquipmentissuedattheActivitiesDeskmaystayoutovernight.PROCEDURES:(continued)TheControlsystemswillconsistofthetwobooksinwhich
