4、publicofChinaChapter1 GeneralProvisionsArticle1 ThisLawisformulatedtoimprovethelaborcontractsystem,tospecifytherightsandobligationsofthepartiestolaborcontracts,toprotectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofworkers,andtobuildanddevelopharmoniousandstableemploymentrelationships.
Article2 ThisLawap
5、pliestotheestablishmentoflaborrelationshipsbetween,theconclusionof,performanceof,amendmentof,revocationofandterminationof,laborcontractsbyworkersandorganizationssuchasenterprises,individualeconomicorganizationsandprivatenon-enterpriseunitsinthePeople’sRepublicofChina(“Employers”).Theconclusion
6、,performance,amendment,revocationandterminationoflaborcontractsbetweenstateauthorities,institutionsorsocialorganizationsandworkerswithwhomtheyestablishemploymentrelationships,shallbesubjecttothislaw.Article3 Theconclusionofalaborcontractshallbebasedontheprinciplesoflawfulness,fairness,equality
7、,voluntariness,negotiatedconsensusandgoodfaith.Alawfullyconcludedlaborcontractshallhavebindingforce,boththeEmployerandtheemployeeshallperformtheirrespectiveobligationsstipulatedtherein. Article4 Employersshallformulateandimprovelaborru
