2、ecifytherightsandobligationsofthepartiestoemploymentcontracts,toprotectthelawfulrightsandinterestsofEmployeesandtobuildanddevelopharmoniousandstableemploymentrelationships.Article2ThisLawgovernstheestablishmentofemploymentrelationshipsbetween,andtheconclusion,performance,amendment,
3、terminationandendingofemploymentcontractsby,organizationssuchasenterprises,individualeconomicorganizationsandprivatenon-enterpriseunitsinthePeople’sRepublicofChina(“Employers”)ontheonehandandEmployeesinthePeople’sRepublicofChinaontheotherhand.Theconclusion,performance,amendment,ter
4、minationandendingofemploymentcontractsbystateauthorities,institutionsorsocialorganizationsontheonehandandEmployeeswithwhomtheyestablishemploymentrelationshipsontheotherhand,shallbehandledpursuanttothisLaw.Article3Theconclusionofemploymentcontractsshallcomplywiththeprinciplesoflawfu
5、lness,fairness,equality,freewill,negotiatedconsensusandgoodfaith.Alawfullyconcludedemploymentcontractisbinding,andboththeEmployerandtheEmployeeshallperformtheirrespectiveobligationsstipulatedtherein.Article4文案大全实用标准文档Employersshallestablishandimproveinternalrulesandregulations,soas
6、toensurethatEmployeesenjoytheirlaborrightsandperformtheirlaborobligations.WhenanEmployerformulates,revisesordecidesonrulesandregulations,ormaterialmatters,thathaveadirectbearingontheimmediateinterestsofitsEmployees,suchasthoseconcerningcompensation,workhours,rest,leave,worksafetyan
7、dhygiene,insurance,benefits,employeetraining,workdisciplineorworkquotamanagement,thesameshallbediscussedbytheemployeerepresentativecongressoralltheemployees.Theemployeerepresentativecongressoralltheemployees,asthecasemaybe,shallputforwardaproposalandcomments,whereuponthemattershall
