1、高龄老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床特点分析【摘要】目的：探讨高龄老年急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的临床特点。方法：回顾性分析2007年1月-2012年12月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的159例老年AMI患者的临床资料。结果：高龄老年组高血压病史、脑卒中史、陈旧性心肌梗死史显著高于老年组（P〈0.01）,高龄老年组患者以呼吸困难和头晕、意识模糊、晕厥、抽搐等神经、精神症状起病者显著多于老年组（P〈0・01）,以胸痛为主诉发病者显著低于老年组（P〈0・01）；高龄老年组心力衰竭、严重心律失常的发生率和30d病死率显著

2、高于老年组（P〈0・01）,高龄老年组血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI类）、B-受体阻滞剂、肝索等抗凝剂的应用显著低于老年组（P〈0.01）,而利尿剂的应用显著高于老年组（P〈0.01）。结论：高龄老年AMI动脉硬化危险因素多，心肌梗死症状不典型，并发症多。【关键词】高龄老年患者；急性心肌梗死；临床特点中图分类号R542.2文献标识码A文章编号1674-6805（2014）4-0004-03TheAnalysisofClinicalFeatureofAcuteMyocardialInfarctionin
