2、enHospital，ChinaAcademyofChineseMelicalSciences，Beijing，China100053摘要:目的:通过对肛瘘手术失败与复发进行回顾性研究，提高肛瘘临床手术成功率与减低复发率，减少患者痛苦。方法:对我院2005年2月－2009年2月105例肛瘘再次手术的患者住院病例进行系统性回顾，分析复发的病因，分类总结。结果:研究表明，肛瘘手术失败的最大原因是术后内口处理不当43例，占40．9%;其次瘘管处理不彻底24例，占22．9%;两种原因都存在26例，占24．8%;术后换药不规范及引流不畅8例，占7．6%;异物残留及误诊各2例，占1．9%。结论:对于复杂

3、性肛瘘术前必须完善各项相关检查，减少误诊、漏诊的发生。Abstract:Objective:Throughtheanalysisofthefailureandrecurrenceofanalfistulaoperation，tosearchcommoncauseofthedisease．Accordingtothis，toproposeapropertreatment，improvetheoreticallevelandoperativeachievementratio，avoidtheincidencerateofre-currenceandreducesufferingsofpatien

5、oavoidrecurrence．Results:Retrospectivestudyindicatedthatthemajorreasonofabortiveanalfistulaoperationwasimpropertreatmentofinternalopeningsoffistula(43cases，40．9%);andtheotherreasonwasthatthetreatmentofanalfistulawasnotthorough(24cases，22．9%);caseswithbothreasonsexisted(26cases，24．8%);nonstandardpos
