5、endationconcernsonlycreditcardusageinanon-automatedenvironmentwiththeassistanceofanoperator.TheautomatedinternationaltelephonecreditcardsystemisdescribedinRecommendationE.118.1CreditcardsmaybeissuedbyAdministrationstoallowacreditcardcustomertomaketelephonecallsintheinternationa

6、lserviceattheappropriatechargesforeachcallandhavethechargesbilledtohisaccountinthecountrywhichissuedthecreditcard.TheinternationalcreditcardsystemshouldnormallybeusedforcallstothecountryofthecardissuerunlessithasbeendecidedotherwisebybilateralagreementbetweenAdministrations.2Th
