5、UNICATIONEXCHANGES1IntroductionThisRecommendationappliestoallSPC(especiallydigital)telecommunicationsexchangesoperatinginaswitchedtelephonenetworkandprovidingbasictelephonyservice.ThisRecommendationwillbethebasisformeasurementsinanIntegratedServicesDigitalNetwor

6、k(ISDN).Trafficmeasurementsonexchangesandsurroundingtelephonenetworkprovidethedatabasefromwhichthedimensioning,planning,operationandmanagementofthetelephonenetworkarecarriedout.Informationgatheredfromthesemeasurementscanbeusedfor:–identifyingtrafficpatternsanddi
