3、新华林成新孙伟桂(广西医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科南宁530021)摘要目的:探索腹腔镜前列腺切除术治疗前列腺增生的方法。方法:对1例68岁的前列腺增生患者施行腹腔镜前列腺切除术,患者术前国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)为31。在腹腔镜下纵行切开前列腺外科包膜及膀胱颈,切除前列腺腺瘤后,用2-0薇乔线(Vicryl)连续缝合前列腺外科包膜及膀胱颈切口。结果:手术过程顺利,术中出血约80ml。拔除导尿管后排尿通畅。术后1个月,I-PSS为5。结论:腹腔镜前列腺切除术是可行的,它既可获得开放手术相似的疗效,又具有微创手术患者痛苦少,疤痕小的优点。关键词腹腔镜;前列
