3、fterreferredtoasthelegitimaterightsandinterestsoftheparties)accordingtotheprovisionsofthe"People'sRepublicofChinaCityrealestatemanagementlaw"andotherlawsandregulations,withtheactualcity,theenactmentofthisordinance・SecondoftheseRegulationsapplytothecity，sstate-ownedlandrentalhousingma

4、nagement・ThirdurbanhousingleaseasmentionedintheseRegulationsmeansthattheownerofthehouserentsthehousetothelesseeaslessor,andthelesseepaysthehouserenttothelessor・Thefollowingcircumstancesareconsideredasurbanhousingleasebehavior:(1)providinghousingfortheuseofothersinthenameofcooperation

5、orpartnership,withoutoperatingrisksandobtainingfixedincome;(two)dividinghousesforotherstouseandobtainingfixedincome;(three)transfenringtherighttousethehousinginotherwaystoobtainfixedincome;(four)otheractsthatshallberegardedasleasesbylawsorregulations・Fourthcityrealestateadministratio

7、usingleasewithinitsadministrativearea・Publicsecurity,industryandcommerce,taxationandotherrelevantdepartmentsshall,withinthescopeoftheirrespectiveduties,doagoodjobinthemanagementofurbanhouselease・Fifthhousingpropertyownershipofthecityhousingcanbetented・Sixthhousesunderanyofthefollowin
