1、ABSTRACTThislessonisconcerningthesystemofweighingfireproofmaterialSCM-Thesystemisusedtocontrolthemovementofcalculationcarandweighingoffireproofmaterial.BydesigningthissystemofSCM,factorycanreduceerrorsinweighingbyhandsandimprovetheproducingefficiency.Thesystemisdesignedtoaddmaterialb
2、yhands.TheworkergiveadictatetoSCMbykeyboard,andtheSCMgiveadictatetotheelectromotorafterprocessingtheinformationinordertocontrolthemovementofcalculation.Afteraddingthematerial.alltheinformationofthisprocessisrecordedbySCM‘showedonLEDdisplay,andalsocanbeprintedbyprinter.Thedesignofthis
3、SCMsystemisdividedintotwomainparts:designofanalogelectroniccircuits(signalcollectionandamplifying)anclI/Oports.Thedesignofanalogelectroniccircuitsistotransformtheinformationofweighingmaterialstoelectricsignalsbyweighingscnsor.Aftcrthroughamplifiedcircuits,theelectricsignalsenteredthe
4、A/DchipandaretransformedtodigitalsignalswhichareputintoSCM•TheSCMprocessthedigitalsignalsandtransmitthemtotheprinterforprinting.ThedesignofI/OportswhichItakepartinmainlyincludeskeyboard,LEDdisplay,transducer,electromotorportcircuits,andapproachingswitchparts.TheSCMreceivestheinformat
5、ioninputbykeyboardthroughthechipof8279andcontrolthedisplayofLED.Ontheotherhand,theSCMconnectachipofcommunicationports8255Athroughthedatabus.The8255AchipistakechargeforexchanginginformationwithSCM,transducer,electromotor,andapproachingswitchinordertoreachthetargetofcontrol.prefaceThis
