1、企业绩效管理的现状,成因及对策摘要绩效管理是企业永恒的主题。门前我国大多数企业已经认识到绩效管理对企业获取卓越绩效和竞争优势所起的重要作用,但同时也饱受着绩效管理实施过程中带來的困惑和困难。无疑,绩效管理已成为我国企业管理的重点、焦点和难点。尽管当前绩效管理的理论和工具数不胜数,但成功实施绩效管理的企业却少Z乂少。此外,企业内外部环境的变化使得企业的管理需求更加多样化,而金业管理需求的多样化乂进一步加大了绩效管理实施的难度。如何保证绩效管理不仅适应企业实际,同时适时反映企业内外部环境变化,也就成了当前理
