2、ntoaninstrumenttodefraudthecreditorsorthepublic.Inordertodecreaseitsnegativeeffectsandsustaintheboomingmarket,“DeepRock”doctrineaswellastheDisregardingoftheCorporateEntity,isfirstlyusedintheAnglo-Americanlegalfamiliestoregulatethecorporation,althoughChinaacceptedtheinstitutionof
