3、ately-RunSchoolsforthepurposesofstandardizingChinese-foreigncooperationinrunningschools,strengtheninginternationalexchangeandcooperationinthefieldofeducationandpromotingthedevelopmentoftheeducationalcause.Article2TheseRegulationsapplytotheactivitiesofthecoope

4、rationbetweenforeigneducationalinstitutionsandChineseeducationalinstitutions(hereinafterreferredtoasChineseandforeigncooperatorsinrunningschools)inestablishingeducationalinstitutions(hereinafterreferredtoasChinese-foreigncooperatively-runschools)withintheterr

5、itoryofChinatoprovideeducationservicemainlytoChinesecitizens.Article3Chinese-foreigncooperationinrunningschoolsisanundertakingbeneficialtopublicinterestsandformsacomponentofChina'seducationalcause.　　ForChinese-foreigncooperationinrunningschools,theStateadopts

6、thepoliciesofopeningwidertotheoutsideworld,standardizationofrunningschools,exercisingadministrationaccordingtolawandpromotingitsdevelopment.　　TheStateencouragesChinese-foreigncooperationinrunningschoolstowhichhigh-qualityforeigneducationalresourcesareintroduc

7、ed.　　TheStateencouragesChinese-foreigncooperationinrunningschoolsinthefieldofhighereducationandvocationaleducation,andencouragesChineseinstitutionsofhigherlearningtocooperatewithrenownedforeigninstitutionsofhigherlearninginrunningschools.Article4Thelegalright

8、sandinterestsofChineseandforeigncooperatorsinrunningschoolsandofChinese-foreigncooperatively-runschoolsshallbeprotectedbythelawsofChina.　　Chinese-foreigncooperatively-runschoolsshallenjoy
