4、continuedspreadofcustoms-freezones,theincreaseduseofelectroniccommunicationsinbusinesstransactions,heightenedconcernaboutsecurityinthemovementofgoodsandconsolidatesintransportpractices.Incoterms2010updatesandconsolidatesthe'delivered'rules,reducingtheto
5、talnumberofrulesfrom13to11,andoffersasimplerandclearerpresentationofalltherules.Incoterms2010isalsothefirstversionoftheIncotermsrulestomakeallreferencestobuyersandsellersgender-neutral.ThebroadexpertiseofICC'sCommissiononCommercialLawandPractice,whoseme
