3、onoftheIncotermsrulesbyICCin1936,thisgloballyacceptedcontractualstandardhasbeenregularlyupdatedtokeeppacewiththedevelopmentofinternationaltrade.TheIncoterms2010rulestakeaccountofthecontinuedspreadofcustoms-freezones,theincreaseduseofelectroniccommunicationsinbusinesstransactions,heightene
4、dconcernaboutsecurityinthemovementofgoodsandconsolidatesintransportpractices.Incoterms2010updatesandconsolidatesthe'delivered'rules,reducingthetotalnumberofrulesfrom13to11,andoffersasimplerandclearerpresentationofalltherules.Incoterms2010isalsothefirstversionoftheIncotermsrulestomakeallre
5、ferencestobuyersandsellersgender-neutral.ThebroadexpertiseofICC'sCommissiononCommercialLawandPractice,whosemembershipisdrawnfromallpartsoftheworldandalltradesectors,ensuresthattheIncoterms2010rulesrespondtobusinessneedseverywheredefinestheparties'respectiveobligationsandreducestheriskofle
