2、................11六、研究结果与分析...........................16七、总结.....................................20参考文献.......................................22..农村留守儿童心理健康教育的行动研究——以建始县河水坪地区为例摘要：随着我国社会经济的快速发展，在许多农村地区越来越多的青壮年农民走入城市，在广大农村也随之产生了一个特殊的未成年人群体——农村留守儿童。与此同时，因农民
3、工外出务工而产生的留守儿童的心理健康问题日益突出，长期的隔代监护或单亲监护，甚至是他人监护、无人监护等，造成留守儿童亲子关系疏离，情感缺失，使得他们的心理处于亚健康状态，主要表现在人际交往障碍、学习焦虑、性格偏差等方面，影响了他们的日常生活和学习，也不利于身心健康成长。本行动研究以湖北建始县河水坪地区的留守儿童群体为目标群体，采取多样形式对其进行系统的调查与研究，以获取该地区留守儿童的心理健康状况。此外，也通过适当的心灵陪伴成长引导以探讨有效的心理健康教育措施，面对不同类型目标群体采取相应方式的心理教育
4、，为该地区留守儿童的家长及老师们提供有利的教育方案。此研究仅以建始县河水坪地区为例，但该地区具有着非常典型的空心化农村特征，研究成果不仅有利于促进该地学校及家长们对于留守儿童心理健康教育的重视和引导，也可进一步为探讨农村留守儿童心理健康教育的提供可靠的信息与方法。关键词：农村留守儿童、心理健康、陪伴成长、河水坪地区..Actionresearchonthementalhealthofleftbehindchildreninruralareas（TakingJianShiCountyHeShuiPinga
