4、ingmetroareasintheU.S.,hadjustthreemonthsofwaterleft.Asthedroughtworsened,ittriggeredanastylegalfightbetweenFlorida,GeorgiaandAlabamaoverdecliningwatersupplies.Thechieflegacyofthe2007droughtwillbethis:Itcouldwellbewater,notenergyoroil,whichfinallyconstrainsAmericangrowth. #3.MexicoFlood
