2、和嵌体冠,以树脂水门汀粘接。修复后满1年进行随访,采用改良美国公众健康服务标准(USPHS)对修复体、牙体和牙周等方面及患者满意度进行评价。结果:52颗患牙修复体中,嵌体、高嵌体和嵌体冠满意率分别为94.4%、91.7%和80.0%。其中1颗嵌体发生折裂,1颗高嵌体边缘不密合,1颗修复体边缘完整性轻度缺损,1颗牙体颊舌向纵折裂,1颗嵌体冠邻接关系不密合,1颗出现牙龈乳头炎。结论:CEREC椅旁CAD/CAM技术制作的修复体短期临床效果好,是修复老年人后牙缺损的有效手段。关键词：椅旁CAD/CAM;老年;牙体缺损;嵌体;高嵌体;作者简介：朱红玲(1971-),女,吉林省长
