1、新乡市凤泉区郭柳小学附属幼儿园办园水平自查报告根据《新乡市标准化幼儿园督导评估实施方案》(新政教督[2010]13号）和新乡市教育督导规定（试行）的要求，我园认真开展了自查自评，现将具体情况报告如下：一、办园资格和办园条件1、郭柳小学附属幼儿园拥有办园许可证、餐饮服务许可证、民非证、代码证等证书。2、郭柳小学附属幼儿园属独立法人，租房经营，产权明晰，经费来源稳定合法，能保证幼儿园良性运转，能满足教职工工资福利和幼儿园教育教学的设备更新、师资培训及教学研究的需要，并保证每学年留有25%的经费用于幼儿
