1、能源投资统计指标体系研究第30卷第7><1<1期统计研究Vol.30,No.<1<1<10<13年<1<1月StatisticalResearchNov.<10<13能源投资统计指标体系研究*满向豆朱曦济陈健内容提要:目前由于能源投资概念不清晰、统计范围不明、指标体系未形成、统计方法不科学等原因导致能源投资统计数据仅包括能源特征行业的能源投资，遗漏了部分新能源及非能源特征行业投资中的绝大部分能源投资，现行能源投资统计尚不能全面客观地反映能源投资活动的全貌。本文在全面梳理国内外相关研究文献的基础上，首次清晰界定了能源投资的涵义;在此基础上，借鉴我国现行的能源统计制度、固定资产投资统计制度、
