1、2+Ca在粗细粒辉钼矿表面吸附及对可浮性影响袁航,何廷树,李慧,王宇斌(西安建筑科技大学材料与矿资学院,陕西西安710055)摘要:为了探明Ca2+对粗细粒辉钼矿浮选行为和吸附特性的影响进行了研究。通过纯矿物浮选试验,结合Zeta电位测试、Ca2+溶液化学分析、XPS等手段探讨了Ca2+在粗细粒辉钼矿表面吸附对可浮性的影响。矿浆中Ca2+会明显恶化辉钼矿的浮选效果,且对细粒级影响更加明显;在浓度为1.0×10-2mol/LCa2+溶液体系中,pH<12.39时,主要以钙离子和羟基钙离子形式存在,排除了由于Ca(OH)2沉淀罩盖纯矿物表面造成辉钼矿回收率下降的影响因素;经Ca2+作用过的辉钼矿
2、表面电位绝对值显著变小,证明Ca2+在辉钼矿表面发生了较强的吸附。此外,由XPS谱图分峰处理结果得到细粒级辉钼矿表面Ca-MoO4相对含量较粗粒高出1.15倍。钙离子对细粒辉钼可浮性矿恶化更加明显,是由于Ca2+在辉钼矿“棱”面发生了化学吸附反应,在其表面形成CaMoO4亲水薄膜,降低了矿物可浮性。关键词:辉钼矿;表面吸附;可浮性;XPS分析中图分类号:TD952文献标识码:AAdsorptionofCa2+onthesurfaceofcoarse-finemolybdenumoreanditseffectonfloatabilityYUANHang,HETingshu,LIHui,WANG
