1、工程变更对造价的影响与控制作者姓名：罗旭专业名称：工程管理指导教师：解立远摘要近年来，随着我国各项基本建设工程项冃的实施，因受T程前期工作的局限，T程变更问题就较明显地表现出来。在施工企业屮，经常出现“管经营不管生产”和“管生产不管经营”的现象，给工程变更的正常运作带来很多漏洞，如何正确处理工程变更与造价的关系、如何管理和实施工程变更，已成为当前需耍研究探讨的一个重耍问题。以FIDIC条款为基础，根据公平与效率原则阐述了工程变更过程中造价管理的原则和方法，并以工程实例进行了说明。工程变更估价三规则在合同工程子

2、项价格基本合理的情况下可以公平高效率地使用。在合同可适用参照T程子项价格明显偏高或偏低的情况下，该三规则就明显不公平，应该进行修止。从工程合同屮的不修改合同原则及合同法屮的实质公平原则出发，提出了工程变更估价修改方法：对技术上可适用参照的工程子项，如果价格明显偏高或偏低，则不应按照该子项合同价而应按照成木加利润得出的合理价确定变更价格。据此，提出了修正标准合同工程变更估价三原则的建议。关键词：T程变更造价管理FIDIC条款变更估价AbstractInrecentyears,alongwiththeimplem
