1、本科生毕业论文（设计）零售业中人员流失的分析一以大张公司为例姓名何静学号20114080226专业人力资源管理指导教师龚文海副教授2014年5月20日目前，零售业的快速发展和变化让人眼花缭乱，各种新兴零售业纷纷涌现，并且西方国家出现的零售业态几乎都能在屮国找到。零售业的规模逐步提升也让其在国民经济中冇着越來越重要的地位，中国零售业的地位也逐步上升。但是近几年來，我国零售业的员工流动过于频繁，人才流失的现象较为严重，这给零售业的发展带来了致命的威胁。因此，如何留住企业的优秀人才，已成为现代零售业头疼也是企业刻不容缓需要去解决的问题。在我国零售业逐渐
2、发展和壮大的过程屮，由于企业以各个独立的店面形式存在，不聚集，管理比较难，对人员的关注和了解都比较少。所以，冇很多优秀的人才会在不经意间流失掉，这会对企业的生存和发展产生很大的影响。此外，由于社会、企业和个人诸多方而的原因，人才在零售业里很难发挥自己的才能，得到满意的薪酬，人才流失现彖比较严重，这将会制约企业的健丿隶、快速的发展。木文首先对零售行业人才流失现象作出了阐述；其次分析了零售业人才流失的现状和曲此所带來的负面影响，并深入研究了零售业人才流失的原因；最后就如何防止人才流失这一问题提出一些对策和建议。关键词：零售业；零售超市；人才流失；对策
