1、毕业论文（20_一届）民间资本借贷的监管探析木文从民间借贷的监管方面入手，研究民间资木在具体方面的监管内容。在结合对浙江省民间借贷案例进行的分析之后，发现我国在民间借贷方面的案例层出不穷，典型的主要是那些明显具冇“高利贷”性质的非法集资诈骗、非法吸收公众存款等的案件。这主要是因为浙江省，乃至全国在民间借贷方面不管是法律还是监管制度等都有欠缺所造成的。针对浙江省民间借贷案例体现出来的民间借贷监管方面的不足的问题，本文提出了一些具体建议：第一，健全民间借贷存在的法制环境；第二，建立和完善民间借贷的监管机制；第三，构建合法、合理的

2、民间借贷组织。文章的第一部分是从民间资本的概念、发展现状及其主要流动方向，结合民间借贷的主要形式、发展现状以及作用等方面来了解民间资木的相关概况。第二部分从民间借贷监管的现状入手，结合浙江省民间借贷案件分析，阐明加强民间借贷监管的必要性。第三部分是对民间借贷合理化发展提出的建议，主要从改善法制环境、建立有效的监管体制、构建合理的民间借贷组织三方面来进行阐述、归纳。关键词：民间资本；民间借贷；监管；法制环境AbstractThisarticlefromthesupervisionaspectsofprivatelendingt
