1、米索前列醇联合异内酚实行无痛人工流产术的临床观察【关键词】米索前列【摘要】H的观察米索前列醇联合异丙酚实行无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法400例实行无痛人工流产的早孕患者随机分为2组。其中A组:术前2h口服米索前列醇600ug;B组:术前不服任何药物。术中以2.0mg/s的速度单次静推异内•酚3.0mg/kg,必要吋追加0.5mg/kgo观察受术者宫口松弛情况、术中出血量、麻醉效果、追加用药例数、手术吋间、受术者苏醒吋间、白行离床吋间;观察异内酚推药前、推药后2min及手术后的血压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度的变化。结杲两组间的宫口松弛、术中出血量、麻醉效果、追加费例数

2、、手术时间、受术者苏醉时间及口行离床时间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)o与麻醉前比较，两组推药后2min其血压、心率、呼吸、血氧饱和度差异均无显著性(P>0.05);术斤B纽的血压、心率、血氧饱和度下降明显，呼吸增快，差异有显著性(PvO.05);术后A组也有血床、心率、血氧饱和度下降、呼吸增快，但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论米索前列醉联合异丙酚实行无痛人工流产术，可提高麻醉效果，减少异丙酚术屮川量，降低异丙酚对循环、呼吸的抑制作用。关键词米索前列醇异丙酚无痛人I-流产术vPalign=center>Theclinicalobservationonmisop
