1、经阴道三维彩色多普勒超声对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的诊断及临床应用价值[摘要]日的探讨经阴道三维彩色多普勒超声在诊断剖宫产瘢痕妊娠中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析33例经阴道三维彩色多普勒超声及经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声诊断为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者,均经临床手术及病理证实,分析二维、三维彩色多普勒的超声声像图表现。结果33例剖宫产瘢痕妊娠病例屮,经阴道二维彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为75.76%,经阴道三维彩色多普勒超声诊断符合率为90.90%,两者比较差界有统计学意义(P〈0・05)。二维及三维超声在外生型、内生型的单纯孕囊包
