1、甲钻胺为何能治疗周围神经损伤?周围神经损伤,特别是挤压伤后,可采取的治疗措施包括基因治疗、细胞治疗、神经营养因子治疗等,但都存在一些不足,如现有载体的缺陷、外源性基因持续高表达、可能产生的高昂治疗费用、细胞来源、移植手段、远期疗效评价等。甲钻胺是一种含金属元素钻的维生素B12,是与神经系统功能相关的重要因子之一,临床上常用于促进周围神经功能的恢复,但治疗作用机制尚不清楚。来自中国无锡市第二人民医院甘霖等领导的团队发现,甲钻胺腹腔注射可改善坐骨神经夹伤小鼠坐骨神经功能,促进损伤侧神经组织牛长相关蛋白43及腰脊髓L4-L6节段背根神经节中神经营养因子的表达。文章全面评价了甲钻胺对小鼠坐骨神经损伤
