1、来适可联介非诺贝特治疗混介性高脂血症临床评价［摘耍］冃的：探讨来适对联合非诺贝特治疗混合性高脂血症临床效果。方法：随机选择2008年11月〜2010年4月混合性高脂血症患者70例，治疗前均停用原降脂药物，并服用2周安慰剂作为洗脱期，展口服非诺贝特100mg,晚口服來适可10mg,每晚1次。结果：治疗后TC、LDL-C、TG下降，HDL-C增加，治疗前后比较差界均有统计学意义(均PV0.05)。治疗效果显效50例，好转12例，无效8例，总有效率为89.33%(67/75)。治疗中有2例岀现胃肠道反应，2例出现转氨酶升高，停药后恢复正常，具他肝、肾功能指标均正常，无肌痛发生。结论：联合应用来适可和
