1、择时选穴针刺治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证临床观察择时选穴针刺治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证临床观察【中图分类号】R256【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-3783(2011)08-0001-01【摘要】目的：观察择时选穴治疗一、二级原发性高血压病的疗效。方法：将60例一级或二级原发性高血压病患者随机分成2组，治疗组30例采用针刺子午流注纳甲法开穴为主穴，配穴曲池、太冲；对照组30例采用不同时辰针刺与当天治疗组相同的脸穴，每日1次，10次为1疗程,连续治疗两个疗程。结果:治疗前后临床积分:治疗组分别为7.70±0.87、2.23±1.86,对照组分别为7.

2、66±0.92、3.30±1.62,两组治疗2疗程后与治疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两疗程前后舒张压降低:两组均比治疗前降低(P<0.01)，两组间比较，治疗组舒张压降低甚于对照组(PV0.01)。两疗程前后收缩压降低：两组均比治疗前降低(P<0.01)，两组间比较，治疗组收缩压降低方面与对照组相当(P>0.05)o两疗程后,择时选穴组症状疗效优于同穴不同时组(P<0.05)o两疗程后择时选穴组降压总疗效优于同穴不同时组(P<0.01)o结论：择时选穴针刺治疗原发性高血压病肝阳上亢证效果良好，其可能是治疗原发性高血压病的一种简
