1、运用AIS的船舶避碰新方法【摘要】：AIS系统弥补了雷达及ARPA不能识别船舶、易产生假回波、出现盲区月.受气象海况及地形影响较人的不足。同时还解决了VIIF无线电话由于操作者语言表达和沟通中存在障碍造成的信息交换不畅。AIS系统作为一项新技术，一套新设备装备船舶后,为我们保障航运安全提供了更多的新措施。本文介绍了AIS系统的特点和实际应用情况,根据£1己掌握的船舶避碰和有关AIS系统知识，结合自己的海上实践，着重论述了AIS系统为船舶避碰提供的新方法；针对A1S系统在使用过程屮述存在着一些问题和缺陷，提出使用ATS过程中应该注意的问题。希望通过本文的研究为船舶驾驶人员更好的应用

5、wellandthescholarliteraturesandrelatedinformationbyexperts,thispaperfocusedondiscussionofsomeviablenewmethodsforcollisionavoidaneeinthenewconditionthatAISisequippedwith.Firstly,thispaperintroducedsomefeaturesandpracticalapplicationsoftheAISsystem,onthebasiswiththeresearchonthedeficienciesofth
6、eexistingnavigationalequipments,analyzedanddiscussedtofindsomeviablenewmethodswithAISforcollisionavoidance.Asanewtechnologyandasetofnewequipment,stilltherearesomeproblemsanddeficiencyintheuseofAISsystem,thepaperanalyzedthemwiththecombinationofpracticalexperiencesandrelatedinformation,comeupwi
