1、临床血液检验中不同细菌鉴定法结果及与药敏结果的符合率比较［摘要］目的分析比较临床血液检验中不同细菌鉴定法结果及与药敏结果的符合率。方法随机选取医院检验科收治的2014年8月一2015年1月收集的100份阳性血液标本，并依据鉴定方法的不同，分为研究组、对照组。给予对照组，应用常规药敏试验进行细菌鉴定，研究组中，采取直接药敏试验进行细菌鉴定，对比两组细菌鉴定结果与药敏结果的符合率。结果对于研究组中，临床经直接药敏试验，其细菌鉴定中对革兰阴性杆菌、阳性球菌细菌鉴定结果符合率较高，G-球菌屮屮度敏感、敏感、耐药符合率分别为97.4%、93.8%、42.6%；G+球菌中度敏感、敏感

2、、耐药符合率分别为87.4%.92.0%、32.1%；较对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在临床血液检验中，应用直接药敏试验进行细菌鉴定,提升鉴定结果与药敏结果的符合率，在临床血液细菌检验中冇良好的检验结果，发挥积极检验意义。［关键词］细菌鉴定法；药敏结果；血液检验；符合率［中图分类号］R466.11［文献标识码］A［文章编号］1674-0742(2016)06(a)-0034-03［Abstract］ObjectiveTocomparetheclinicalcoincidencerateofbloodtostindifferentbacteriaident
