2、附近运行的电除尘器,当电除尘器温度由120~150℃降至80~110℃时,出口排放质量浓度可下降20%~40%。为电除尘器运行供电的有高频电源、三相电源和脉冲电源3种,工程测试证明三相电源适合高粉尘负荷,高频电源在匹配良好条件下可实现较好的提效效果,而脉冲电源需更多地针对细颗粒物和高比电阻粉尘进行研究。同时电除尘器应在运行条件、电源选型等优化且满足排放要求的前提下,应通过运行优化调整试验及系统优化控制,合理降低运行电耗。关键词:低低温电除尘器;高频电源;三相电源;脉冲电源;比电耗;超低排放SystemOperationsOptimizationofEle
