1、论我国最低刑事责任年龄的调整扌商要：随着时代的进步，政治、经济的巨大发展以及未成年人生理、心理成熟的提前，未成年人犯罪现实严峻，并呈现出新的特点：低龄化犯罪趋势明显、犯罪主观恶性增加、犯罪手段趋于成人化、暴力性犯罪倾向严重等。现行的最低刑事责任年龄制度，已经无法满足现实的客观需要，不能对公众媒体关于刑事责任年龄刚性弊端产生的种种质疑做出令人信服的解答，也不能对媒体和大众要求降低刑事责任年龄的吁求做出理性而全面的回应。鉴于此，很有必要进一步加深对刑事责任年龄制度的研究，从新的角度和思路来丰富刑事责任年龄制度相关内容。在本篇论文中，笔者试图挖掘出刑事责任年龄
