1、阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察梁春霞，姜秀凤，姜徳华(辽宁省普兰店市中心医院药剂科，辽宁普兰店116200)［摘要］目的评价阿奇霉索联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法将98例小儿支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组及对照组。2组患儿均釆用相同的基础治疗，治疗组再给予阿奇霉素联合喜炎平注射液静滴治疗，対照组只给与同等剂量的阿奇霉素静滴治疗。2组均连续治疗5d,停药3d后再连续治疗3d。结果治疗组总有效率为98%,对照组总有效率为85.7%,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(PV0
2、.05)。治疗纟R在退热时间、咳喘消失时间、啰音消失时间、胸片吸收时间及住院时间上均明显短于对照组(P均<0.01)o2组治疗后肺功能均较治疗前显著改善，且治疗组改善幅度显著大于对照组(PV0.05)。2组治疗后血清IL・6、IL-8.TNF・ct水平均较治疗前显著改善，且治疗组改善幅度显著大于対照组(P均V0.01)02组不良反应发牛率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),且均为轻度，患儿可耐受。结论阿奇霉索联合喜炎平注射液治疗小儿支原体肺炎显苦提高疗效，缩短了疗程，不良反应少而轻，安全性高，在临床上值
