2、，xD公司所处的外部环境机会多于威胁,内部环境劣势多于优势。外部的机会有利于xD公司实施竞争战略，获得霁不断提高自身的竞争优势，从而从生存期脱离，进入成长期。因此，公司总冃标定为高效率地为欧盟客户提供品质超群、值得信赖的产品和服务，提高市场占有率，在质量、成木、交货准确率、核心技术等方面建立比较竞争优势，积极培育企业的核心竞争力。本文指出，总成本领先战略有利于xD公司利用机会、发挥优势、凹避威胁、减少劣势，从而获得并保持竞争优势，实现xD公司的生存与发展。利用技术创新,提高生产管理能力，加强供应链管理，降低库存成本，提高周转率是总成本领先战略
