2、新发展的基本条件是资金链的供应，所以目前小微企业面临的最大的困难是融资问题。小微企业的融资途径主要有两个，内源的直接融资和外源的间接融资。在小微企业发展的第一阶段主耍依靠冇限的直接融资方法，因此在小微企业发展的后续阶段主要依靠间接融资，比如银行的贷款等。本文旨在分析小微企业的融资现状及其影响因素并提岀解决小微企业融资困境的策略。关键词:小微企业；融资困境；融资途径Abstract:Intheneweraofknowledgeeconomywhichvaluestheinnovationhighly,smallandmicrobu
