3、uentlyambiguous,contradictory,orsimplyinaccurate.ThedefinitionsbyBaker(1984)andHartandStapleton(1992)distinguishdirectsellingbyitslackofmiddle-men,yetmanydirectsellingorganizationsdooperatewithdistributors,wholesalers,orotherintermediaries,ThedefinitionbyBernstein(1984)focusesontwoformsofd
