1、内容摘要随着经济发展消费升级的推进，都市人越来越向往田园生活，乡村旅游持续升温。在这样的形势下，民宿犹如雨后春笋一样迅速兴起并不断发展，引发“民宿热”。木论文通过对乌镇民宿和文村民宿的研究分析，探讨如何在乡村环境中营造出别有韵味的民宿，同吋分析民宿建设成功的经验和失败的教训，并给出合理化建议。木文将结合木人对中国民宿发展的调查和研究展开叙述，共六部分。第一部分为绪论，主要论述了“民宿热”的大背景下，农村环境营造的目的和意义，并对国内外民宿发展的研究现状进行论述。第二部分为界定了相关的概念，并确定了研究内容及具体方法。第二部分是民宿管理概述，为后文的分析铺垫了理论基础。第三部分，通过对乌镇地

2、区的民宿进行详细的现状分析。第四部分，立足于案例研究，针对现状分析其存在的问题。第五部分为制定有效的策略。分别从制定标准，规范管理；完善整体环境配套；政府及其他部门加强监管力度等方面入手，制定具体的策略解决案例分析中出现的具体问题，给民宿建设提出一条新思路。第五部分，论文的研究总结与展望。关键词乌镇；民宿管理；乡村旅游第［页ABSTRACTWiththeadvancementofeconomicdevelopmentandconsumptionupgrades,urbanitesareincreasinglylookingforwardtorurallife,andruraltourism
