2、青）***ABSTRACTObjective:Toevaluatetheeffectofgarlicinintreatingacutecerebralinfarction.Methods:OnehundredandonepatientsofacutecerebralinfarctiondiagnosedbyCTweretreatedwithgarlicin（garlicingroup）andcomparedwithanothergroupof53patientstreatedwithligustrazine（controlgroup）.Theneurologicdeficie
3、ncyscoreandneurologicfunctionscorewereusedforevaluationofeffect.Results:Theeffectiveratesofgarlicinandligustrazinewere89.36%and84.85%respectively.Theimprovementscoresofneurologicfunctionwere18.46+10.69and11.94+6.79respectively.Thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupswassignificant.Beforetreatmentth
4、eserumlevelofMDAinthegarlicingroupwas6.015+1.26nmol/ml,anditdecreasedto4.87±1.16nmol/mlaftertreatment,thechangebeingmoresignificantthanthatofthecontrolgroup（from6.02+0.73nmol/mlto6.47±1.04nmol/ml）.Therheologicalparametersandcerebralbloodflowwerealsoimprovedaftergarlicintreatment.Conclusion:
