1、临床医学论文•华北地区成人正常膝关节内侧半月板后倾角的测量及临床意义作者:曾纪洲,曲铁兵,于振山,张亚奎,潘江,石逸杰,张雪梅,陈学明,刘亮【关键词】关节成型术摘要:[目的]测量华北地区成人止常膝关节内侧半月板后倾角数据,为改进及设计适合屮国人的膝关节假体和在全膝关节置换术屮行合理的胫骨截骨,捉供参考数据和理论依据。[方法]62例(115膝,男:女二35:27),膝关节半月板、胫骨无疾病和畸形的成年华北地区中国人,年龄20〜74岁,平均456岁。按不同年龄段分成3组,A组:18〜39岁,B组:40〜59岁,C组:>60岁。用MR机获得经内
2、侧平台中点的矢状位像,并按照Jenny测量方法在计算机上测量膝关节内侧半月板后倾角。[结果]男63膝,左侧33膝,右侧30膝;膝关节内侧半月板后倾角,左侧(27±18)°,右侧(29±17)°,平均(29±18)°。女52膝,左侧27膝,右侧25膝;膝关节内侧半月板后倾角,左侧(35±17)°,右侧(28±16)°,平均(32±17)°。膝关节内侧半月板后倾角:A组平均(36±16)°,B组平均(27±18)°,C组平均(28±17)°。经统计学分析证实膝关节内侧半月板后倾角在不同性别、侧别及年龄比较,羌异无显着性意义。[结论]华北地区成
