1、苦生素联合胸腺肽治疗中重度寻常瘗疮临床观察解放军第422医院皮肤科唐新平王美丽王晓军广东湛江，524005［摘要］目的评价苦生素联合胸腺肽治疗屮、重度寻常痙疮的疗效与安全性。方法入选患者随机分为A、B、C三组。A组静脉滴注苦参素0.6g,l次/d;肌注胸腺肽40mg,1次/d;口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊50吨2次/d。B组口服盐酸米诺环索胶囊，联合红蓝光治疗，2次/每周。C组仅口服盐酸米诺环索胶囊。三组患者同时外用维胺酯维E乳膏，每晚1次。疗程均为4周。于治疗前及治疗后第2、4周时分别计数皮损，观察疗效和不良反应。结果治疗2周和4周时,A组临床疗
2、效均明显好于其他两组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束时，各组有效率均达到60%以±;A组的有效率达到了91.11%。而治疗后遗留的红印及色素沉着A组显著低于B组和C组(P<0.05)o结论苦牛素联合胸腺肽治疗中、重度寻常座疮起效较快，疗效较好，遗留红印和色素沉着少，耐受性良好。［关键词］寻常座疮；苦生素;胸腺肽;米诺环素ClinicalStudyonthetreatmentofAcneVulgarisUsingMatrineunitedThymicpeptideTANGxin-ping,Wangmei-li,Wangxiao-j
