6、ntplans,forecasts,strategies,andinformation),totheextentpreviously,presentlyorsubsequentlydisclosedtoReceivingParty,whethercommunicatedorally,inwritingorotherwise・ConfidentialInformationalsoineludesanyinformationDisclosingPartyhasreceivedfromathirdpartywhich
7、DisclosingPartyisobligatedtotreatasconfidentialorproprietary.ConfidentialInformationdoesnotineludeinformation,technicaldata,orknow-howwhich(a)isatthetimeofdisclosureinthepossessionofReceivingPartyasshownbyReceivingParty'sfilesandrecordsimmediatelypriortothet
